What is Permanent Jewelry?
Permanent jewelry includes custom-fitted bracelets, anklets, or necklaces that are seamlessly welded without a clasp, designed to be worn continuously. If necessary, the jewelry can be removed with scissors.

Can I Reschedule?
Yes! Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
What If My Jewelry Breaks?
- Repairs are free within 2 weeks of purchase.
- After the 2-week period, repairs will incur a $20 + tax fee.
How Old Do You Need to Be?
- Ages 8-15 must attend with a guardian.
- Individuals 16+ can attend independently.
