Permanent Jewelry Re-Weld Appointment

Need your permanent jewelry re-welded?

•One complimentary re-weld is included if your chain breaks at the weld point or requires a size adjustment within 14 days of your original appointment.

This 14-day period refers to calendar days (not business/working days) from the date your jewelry was applied. The re-weld must be arranged by contacting us directly and booked within our availability.

Complimentary re-welds cannot be booked online.  Please email customersupport@loriandco.ca to book.

• Re-welds outside 14 days can be booked here for $20 + tax per appointment.

• Lost or damaged chains cannot be replaced under re-weld — a new chain must be purchased.  

1. Stainless Steel

   • 1 free within 14 days

   • After: $20 + tax (your $23 deposit covers this if booked online)

2. Gold Filled

   • 1 free within 14 days

   • After: $35 + tax (your $23 deposit goes toward it, balance paid in person)

3. Solid Gold

   • 1 free within 14 days

   • After: $45 + tax (again, $23 deposit applied, client pays balance)

Appointments are required for all re-weld services.

If you must reschedule your appointment, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your appointment.  We will offer a one time transfer for your deposit to a new date.
