No problem. Book a "Clasp Conversion" appointment any time to turn your permanent necklace into a removable one — for the cost of another deposit. This is perfect for seasonal flexibility or evolving style needs.

• Appointments: Required — no walk-ins unless announced on social media

• Deposits: $20 + tax non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours

• Duration: 30 minute session (book back-to-back if booking for 3+ people)

• Charms: Add-on available for $15 + tax each

Can I reschedule?
Yes! You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without forfeiting your deposit.

What if it breaks?
We offer free repairs within 2 weeks. After that, repairs are $20 + tax.

Age requirement?
16+ for permanent necklaces.

Policies:

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation

• No-shows will forfeit deposits

• Discount codes are not valid on custom jewelry services including the deposit
