Policy


 PERMANENT JEWELRY

 

  • All permanent jewelry is final sale once the chain is cut. 
  • One complimentary re-weld if it breaks at the weld point or you decide chain must be adjusted to a smaller size within 14 days post-appointment within our availability.
  • Outside 14 days: starting at $20 + tax per re-weld.
  • Lost chains require full repurchase.
  • Jewelry is designed to break under pressure for safety.
  • Chains can snag or stretch — this is not covered.
  • Remove before MRIs or medical procedures.
  • Ages 8–15 require a guardian. 16+ only for necklaces.
  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice. No-shows or second reschedules will forfeit the deposit.


 

REPAIRS (Non-Permanent Jewelry)

  • Free repairs within 14 days.
  • After 14 days: $20 + tax inspection fee.
  • Gold jewelry or extensive repairs may incur added cost (quoted in advance).
  • Turnaround: 7–10 business days approximately. 
  • Unclaimed items after 60 days = forfeited.


Warranty Options:

  • Basic (Free): 60-day workmanship coverage (excludes damage/loss).
  • Extended ($15): 6 months, one-time free re-repair for the same issue. Must be added at time of purchase or booking.


 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Jewelry:

  • No refunds.
  • Exchange only for defective items within 14 days, unworn in original packaging after our inspection. 


Clothing:

  • No refunds.
  • Store credit only within 7 days, unworn with tags attached.


Other Items:

  • Final sale.
  • Store credit issued only at our discretion.


Holiday Purchases:

  • Jewelry: Exchange or store credit only (unworn, original packaging).
  • Clothing: Must be returned by January 10th.


 

 

 

 SHIPPING & PICKUP

  • Standard: $7 | Express: $15 | Rush: +$10
  • Pickup available by request and coordination of a mutually agreed upon time. 
  • Lori & Co. is not responsible for lost/delayed packages once shipped.
  • Orders not picked up within 6 months will be returned to inventory with no refund.

 

 

 

 

APPOINTMENTS

  • No-shows or cancellations = deposit forfeited.
  • Arrive on time — 10+ minutes late may be rescheduled or canceled.

  • Discount codes do not apply to custom or permanent jewelry.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
  • Order cancellations are not accepted once placed.
