PERMANENT JEWELRY

• All permanent jewelry is final sale once the chain has been cut.
• We operate by appointment only.  No walk-ins unless specifically announced on social media.
• Each appointment is 30 minutes and accommodates up to 2 guests.  Groups of 3 or more must book back-to-back time slots to ensure proper service.
• One complimentary re-weld within 30 days if the piece breaks at the weld point.  One complimentary size adjustment within 30 days if the chain needs to be made smaller (subject to availability).  After 30 days, re-weld services are subject to applicable fees (see full re-weld policy below).
• Lost chains require full repurchase.
• Permanent jewelry is designed to break under pressure for safety.  Chains may stretch or snag over time; this is considered normal wear and is not covered.
• Remove jewelry before MRIs or medical procedures.
• Ages 8–15 require a parent or guardian present.
• Necklaces are available for ages 16+ only.
• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
• One reschedule permitted with 24+ hours’ notice.
• No-shows or second reschedules will result in deposit forfeiture.

Permanent Jewelry Re-Weld Policy

Complimentary Re-Weld (Within 30 Days)

• One complimentary re-weld is included if your chain breaks at the weld point within 30 days of your original appointment.
• One complimentary size adjustment (to make the chain smaller) is also available within 30 days.
• Complimentary re-welds must be arranged by contacting us directly and are subject to availability.
• Complimentary re-weld appointments cannot be booked online.

Re-Weld Services (After 30 Days — Appointment Required)

Stainless Steel: $20 + tax
14K Gold Filled: $35 + tax
10K Solid Gold: $45 + tax

A $23 online deposit is required to secure your re-weld appointment and will be applied toward your total. Any remaining balance is due at your appointment.

REPAIRS (Non-Permanent Jewelry)

• Free repairs within 14 days.
• After 14 days: $20 + tax inspection fee.
• Gold jewelry or extensive repairs may incur added cost (quoted in advance).
• Turnaround: 7–10 business days approximately. 
• Unclaimed items after 60 days = forfeited.

 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Jewelry:

• No refunds.
• Exchange only for defective items within 14 days, unworn in original packaging after our inspection. 

 

Holiday Purchases:

• Jewelry: Exchange or store credit only (unworn, original packaging) by January 31.

 

 SHIPPING & PICKUP

• Standard: $10 | Express: $15 | Rush: +$10
• Pickup available by request and coordination of a mutually agreed upon time. 
• Lori & Co. is not responsible for lost/delayed packages once shipped.
• Orders not picked up within 6 months will be returned to inventory with no refund.

 

APPOINTMENTS

• Deposit required to book.  Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice. No-shows or second reschedules will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows or cancellations = deposit forfeited.
• Arrive on time — 10+ minutes late may be rescheduled or canceled.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

• Discount codes do not apply to deposits, or custom and permanent jewelry.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
• Order cancellations are not accepted once placed.
