Permanent Jewelry

Policies

• All permanent jewelry services are final sale once the chain has been measured and cut.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• One reschedule is permitted with 24+ hours notice. No-shows and second reschedules will forfeit the deposit.

• One complimentary re-weld is included within 30 days if the chain breaks at the original weld point.

• One complimentary size adjustment (smaller only) is available within 30 days.

• Permanent jewelry is designed to break under pressure for safety. No chain is indestructible.

• Stretching, snagging, pulling, accidental breakage, loss, theft, tarnishing, fading, and normal wear and tear are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

• Chain breakage does not automatically indicate a faulty weld.

• Longevity varies by material, lifestyle, and care.

• Jewelry should be removed before MRI scans, surgeries, or other medical procedures.

• Ages 8–15 require a parent or guardian present. Permanent necklaces are available for ages 16+ only.

• Clients with pacemakers, implanted medical devices, or other medical concerns should consult their healthcare provider before booking.

Re-Weld Services

Complimentary Re-Welds (Within 30 Days)

• One complimentary re-weld is included if your chain breaks at the original weld point within 30 days of your original appointment.

• One complimentary size adjustment (smaller only) is also available within 30 days.

• Complimentary re-welds are subject to availability and cannot be booked online.

• Please email lori.gosse@loriandco.ca to arrange a re-weld appointment.

Re-Weld Fees (After 30 Days)

• Stainless Steel: $20 + tax

• 14K Gold Filled: $35 + tax

• 10K Solid Gold: $45 + tax

A $23 online deposit is required to secure your re-weld appointment and will be applied toward your total. Any remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Repairs (Non-Permanent Jewelry)

• Complimentary repairs within 14 days of purchase.

• After 14 days, a $20 + tax inspection fee applies.

• Gold jewelry and extensive repairs may incur additional charges, which will be quoted in advance.

• Typical turnaround time is 7–10 business days.

• Items left unclaimed for more than 60 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited.

Product Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry

• All jewelry sales are final.

• Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and approved upon inspection.

Holiday Purchases

• Exchange or store credit only.

• Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging by January 31.

Shipping & Pickup

• Standard Shipping: $10

• Express Shipping: $15

• Rush Processing: Additional $10

Local pickup is available by request and must be arranged in advance.

Lori & Co. is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped, including carrier delays, loss, theft, or delivery issues.

Orders not picked up within 6 months will be returned to inventory without refund.

Appointments

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

Additional Policies

• Discount codes do not apply to deposits, custom orders, permanent jewelry, or training services.

• Order cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

• Lori & Co. reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
