POLICY

By purchasing our products, you agree to our policies and have had the opportunity to read the description of your purchase.
 
  • Jewelry:  No refunds, exchange only for defective pieces.
  • Clothing: No refunds, store credit only. Must be returned to Lori & Co. no later than 7 days from date of purchase with tags and in perfect condition. 
  • Everything else: No refunds, store credit only depending on situation and only if deemed appropriate by management.
  • No order cancellations accepted.
Christmas Policy:
  • Exchange for equal value or store credit only.
  • Jewelry must be un-worn, in perfect condition, and same packaging as sold in.
  • All clothing must be brought into the store by January 5 for a store credit or exchange.  
Shipping Policy: 
  • Standard shipping - $15: 2-5 business days - within St. John’s).  Free on orders over $75+tax.
  • Express shipping - $18 (1-3 business days - within St. John’s).  Free on orders over $100+tax.
  • Local pickup available in store at 60 Hamlyn Road
  • Rush fee - $10
 
Lori & Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once your package leaves our store, we are not responsible for anything that happens after that. If your package is lost, the customer must contact Canada Post with their tracking information.

Orders Being Picked up:
We will only hold your orders for up to 6 months. Due to limited space, once the 6 months is up, the order will be put back out on the shelf and unfortunately no refunds will be given once this time period has passed
