Book your custom charm bracelet appointment — walk out with a stainless steel bracelet, perfectly sized to you. Add charms to tell your story

We will have a variety of charms available in multiple themes such as hearts, stars, ocean/ beach, bows, birthstones, etc.  Please note, the photos shown are sample photos. Charms vary depending on demand. 

Here’s how it works:

• Appointments open now — limited spaces available starting October 3 onwards.

• Reserve your spot today to guarantee your bracelet.

Each appointment includes:

• 1 stainless steel clasped bracelet ($80+tax, silver or 18k gold plated stainless steel, custom-sized to fit you) 

• Option to add additional charms (priced separately $25 and up)

Care Instructions

• Stainless steel is tarnish-resistant and waterproof

• Clean with mild soap and water; dry with a soft cloth

• Avoid harsh chemicals for longest wear

Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice. Missed appointments or second reschedules forfeit the deposit.  

Your $20+tax deposit secures your appointment and is applied directly toward your bracelet at your appointment

Q: Can I bring a friend?
Yes! One appointment for every two clients.  Please book separate appointments so we have enough time for each of you.

Q: How long does it take?
Appointments are approximately 30 minutes.

Q: What if my bracelet breaks?
If your bracelet or charm comes off within 14 days, we’ll reattach it at no cost. After 14 days, a small re-weld fee applies.  Refer to our policy.

Q: Can I add more charms later?
Yes — you can book another appointment to add charms to your bracelet anytime.

Q: Is stainless steel waterproof?
Yes, stainless steel is tarnish-resistant and waterproof. Avoid harsh chemicals for best longevity.  We recommend removing your charm bracelet before swim, shower/bath, sleep, fitness, and sleep.  These are not permanent bracelets. 

Q: Are deposits refundable?
No — deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice.
