Your Appointment

During your appointment, you’ll choose your chain, customize the fit, add any charms or connectors you’d like, and have your piece welded seamlessly in place.

Appointments are approximately 30 minutes.

Booking for More Than One Person

1 person: Book one appointment.

2 people: Book one appointment together.

3+ people: Please book consecutive appointment times so everyone can be accommodated together.

Booking Fee

A $23 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your final purchase.

Payment for the remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Before Your Appointment

Please arrive on time.

If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible.

Clients ages 8–15 must have a parent or guardian present. Permanent necklaces are available for ages 16+ only.

If you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, or another medical concern, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

Rescheduling + Cancellations

One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and second reschedules will forfeit the booking fee.
