We offer stainless steel, gold filled, and select solid gold options at curated pop-ups and private events.  

Studio appointments are available until January 31. Beginning February, permanent jewelry will be offered at select pop-up events and private bookings.

Policy 

• All permanent jewelry is final sale once the chain is cut. 

• Availability: We operate by appointment only—no walk-ins unless specified on social media

• Appointments: Each session lasts 30 minutes and accommodates up to 2 people. For groups of 3+, book multiple back-to-back slots.

• One complimentary re-weld if it breaks at the weld point or you decide chain must be adjusted to a smaller size within 30 days post-appointment within our availability.
• Outside 14 days: starting at $20 + tax per re-weld.  See re-weld section below. 
• Lost chains require full repurchase.
• Jewelry is designed to break under pressure for safety.
• Chains can snag or stretch — this is not covered.
• Remove before MRIs or medical procedures.
• Ages 8–15 require a guardian. 16+ only for necklaces.
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice. No-shows or second reschedules will forfeit the deposit.

Permanent Jewelry Re-Weld Appointment

One complimentary re-weld is included if your chain breaks at the weld point or requires a size adjustment within 30 days from the date of your appointment.  Complimentary re-welds must be arranged by contacting us directly and are subject to availability.

• Complimentary re-welds cannot be booked online. Please email customersupport@loriandco.ca to schedule.

 

Re-Welds After 14 Days (Appointment Required)

• Stainless Steel: $20 + tax
• Gold Filled: $35 + tax
• Solid Gold: $45 + tax

A $23 online deposit is applied toward your re-weld service, with any remaining balance due at your appointment.

• Lost or damaged chains are not eligible for re-weld and require full repurchase.
• All re-weld services require an appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with 24+ hours’ notice.
