Materials & Pricing
Stainless Steel
Our most accessible permanent jewelry option for everyday wear.
Silver-tone stainless steel offers a clean, durable finish. Our gold-tone options are 18K gold PVD-coated stainless steel, which offers improved durability and wear resistance compared with traditional plating.
As with any surface finish, the gold tone can gradually change over time depending on wear, friction, water exposure, skincare products, chemicals, and lifestyle.

Sterling Silver .925
Genuine precious-metal silver with a classic, cool-toned finish.
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish or develop a patina over time. This is normal and can generally be refreshed with proper cleaning and polishing.

An elevated gold option with a bonded layer of 14K gold over a base metal.
Gold filled offers greater longevity than traditional gold plating while giving you the look and feel of gold without the price of solid gold.

10K + 14K Solid Gold
Our premium permanent jewelry option for clients looking for genuine solid gold and long-term wear.
Solid gold pieces are available through select made-to-order offerings and occasional solid gold events or pop-ups.
Bracelets: from $245 + HST
Additional styles and lengths are priced individually.
Prepayment is required for made-to-order pieces. Final pricing depends on chain style, length, gold purity, and current gold cost.
Solid gold charms may also be available.
Your final price will always be confirmed before your piece is ordered or fitted.

14K Gold Filled: An elevated gold option with greater longevity than traditional gold plating.
10K + 14K Solid Gold: Our premium genuine solid-gold option for long-term wear.
All pricing is subject to chain availability. All prices are listed before HST.
Permanent Jewelry Policies
Permanent jewelry services are final sale once the chain has been measured and cut.
Booking fees are non-refundable and are applied toward your final appointment total.
One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows, late cancellations, and second reschedules forfeit the booking fee.
One complimentary re-weld is included within 30 days if your chain breaks at the original weld point.
One complimentary size adjustment, smaller only, is available within 30 days.
Permanent jewelry is not indestructible. Chains can break if snagged, pulled, stretched, or subjected to excessive force.
Accidental breakage, loss, theft, tarnishing, fading, stretching, snagging, and normal wear and tear are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
Chain breakage does not automatically indicate a faulty weld.
Longevity varies depending on material, lifestyle, wear, and care.
Permanent jewelry may need to be removed before an MRI, surgery, or other medical procedure. Always follow the instructions of your healthcare provider or medical facility.
Ages 8–15 require a parent or guardian present. Permanent necklaces are available for ages 16+ only.
Clients with pacemakers, implanted medical devices, or other medical concerns should consult their healthcare provider before booking.
Re-Weld Services
Complimentary Re-Welds Within 30 Days
One complimentary re-weld is included if your chain breaks at the original weld point within 30 days.
One complimentary size adjustment, smaller only, is also available within 30 days.
Complimentary re-welds must be arranged directly with Lori & Co.
Re-Weld Fees After 30 Days
Stainless Steel: $20 + HST
Sterling Silver .925: $30 + HST
14K Gold Filled: $35 + HST
10K + 14K Solid Gold: $45 + HST
A $23 booking fee is required for paid re-weld appointments and is applied toward the final total.
Lost or severely damaged chains require full replacement.
