Washing Instructions:

We want your clothes to last and be sustainable.  We want you to feel luxurious when you wear your NFF clothing and our goal is for you to get your full money's worth with each piece.  Here's how to make them last and stay in great condition: 

Wash your clothes inside out.
Wash at low and cold temperatures
Avoid the dryer to lengthen the lifespan of your NFF clothing.  We get it,  sometimes this isn't always possible with a fast-paced lifestyle,so if you do use the dryer, do not use heat and just tumble dry.

Return Policy

Any unsuitable product must be returned to us within 15 days from when your NFF order is delivered by mail or purchased in store.  No refunds, exchange or store credit only.  A receipt is required with clothing in perfect condition, and all tags attached.  No exceptions.  

What Items Can I Return?

Sometimes a particular item just doesn't work for you and you may want a store credit or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 15 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule: 

If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.

Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

All Bottles and undergarments are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Personalised items can't be returned.

Supplements are only returnable if unopened, where the seal remains unbroken, and in a perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging.

All items are inspected at time of return and exchanges and store credits are only given if deemed appropriate by management.
