Personalization Instructions
To personalize your necklace, please email customersupport@loriandco.ca with the following details after placing your order:
- Subject Line: Include your full name and order number.
- Attach Photo: Provide a clear headshot of the pet portrait for engraving.
- Pet Name: Specify the name of your pet for engraving. Only one font is available—refer to our sample photos.
- Multiple Discs: If you want multiple discs on the same necklace, clearly indicate which name corresponds to each photo. Ensure you pay for the correct number of pendants.
- Pendant Placement: Ordering 2+ pendants and want them spaced apart? Just add a note, and we’ll arrange them for you!
Care Instructions
To maintain the beauty of your necklace, follow these care tips:
- Protect from scratches, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
- Store in a clean, dry space.
- Remove before swimming or exposure to chlorine.
- Avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelry.
- Use caution with lotions or creams to prevent damage.
- While jewelry can be worn while washing hands or sweating, we recommend removing it before showering to prevent product wear over time.
