Personalization Instructions:
Please email mgmt@loriandco.ca with the following format
1. Your full name and order number in the title of the email
2. Attach a clear headshot of the pet portrait you would like to have engraved on the disc.
3. Let me know the name of your pet that you would like engraved on the disc. Only one font is available at this time, see sample photos.
4. If you require multiple discs on the same necklace, please make sure you specify clearly which name corresponds with each photo so there are no mix-ups. Please ensure you pay for the correct amount of pendants.
Ordering 2+ pendants on your necklace and don’t want them to overlap? Simply add a note and we will spread out the pendants on the necklace for you.

Care instructions:
- Protect from scratches, chemicals, and extreme temperatures
- Store in a clean, dry space
- Remove before swimming or near chlorine
- Avoid spraying perfume directly on jewelry
- Use caution when applying lotions or creams as they may cause damage to your jewelry over time
- Avoid showering while wearing your jewelry. Jewelry can be worn when washing your hands and sweating, and if worn accidentally in the shower it will not affect the jewelry, we just recommend to avoid wearing in the shower so your shower products do not mix with the jewelry which will cause wear over time.
