Please email customersupport@loriandco.ca or reply to your email receipt/confirmation in the following format:
1. Your full name and order number in the title of the email
2. Attach a cropped headshot of the pet portrait you would like to have engraved on the disc.
3. Let me know the name of your pet that you would like engraved on the disc. Only one font is available at this time, see sample photos.
4. If you require multiple discs on the same keychain, please make sure you specify clearly which name corresponds with each photo so there are no mix-ups. Please ensure you pay for the correct amount of pendants.
