Please read all instructions before ordering:
How to order:
-Send a high quality photo of the writing you would like to use to customerinquiries@loriandco.ca after you pay for your order with the handwritten text you would like on your pendant. Please ensure you use paper without lines to ensure the best quality for your necklace. Be mindful: if you choose text with a lot of words, you may lose the size of the text as this is a 15mm pendant (fairly dainty). The text is placed in the best way to look proportionate on the pendant.
Important:
Please note, these orders take 2-6 weeks for completion and only one side of the pendant can be engraved. The less text, the better, as it will be easier to read. We will reach out if there are any issues with your provided photo.

Details:
- Stainless steel, nickel and lead free
- 17” with adjustable chain. If you want a different length, simply leave a note with your order.
- The text will be laser engraved. This can look black on some angles and depending on the light but front-on it may look lighter in color. This is normal when it comes to laser engraving.
We can add an adjuster if needed, just add to your order notes!
Care instructions:
- Protect from scratches, chemicals, and extreme temperatures
- Store in a clean, dry space
- Remove before swimming or near chlorine
- Avoid spraying perfume directly on jewelry
- Use caution when applying lotions or creams as they may cause damage to your jewelry over time
- Avoid showering while wearing your jewelry. Jewelry can be worn when washing your hands and sweating, and if worn accidentally in the shower it will not affect the jewelry, we just recommend to avoid wearing in the shower so your shower products do not mix with the jewelry which will cause wear over time.
